400 NL game

stacks are kinda deep so I thought I'd post it as a high stakes hand

Button is sort of loose preflop, ABC postflop from what I've seen. He has 750. BB is a real idiot just waiting to get busted. He likes to raise big and go-all in, though I supsect he'll go all in himself more often then he'll call all-in. He has about 500 and I have about 500.

He open raises to 8 on the button as his standared 3-4bb raise. This can mean just about anything on the button.

I'm in the SB with 8 /images/graemlins/club.gif8 /images/graemlins/heart.gif and call. BB calls. 3 of us to the flop for ~24 bucks.

Flop: J /images/graemlins/club.gif7 /images/graemlins/club.gif4 /images/graemlins/club.gif

Whats the best way to handle this flop?
