Live 0.25/0.50 blind no cap NL game at my buddy's. I'm BB with K4o, a few limps to me I check.

Flop is 356 with two diamonds, I bet the pot (~$3). One tricky player (better MTT than cash) considers then calls. Stacks about even at around $60. My plan is to push a non-diamond straight card, check fold any diamond. The turn is a black King.

This is just a beautiful card for me. If he is drawing diamonds I just went way ahead. If he is PP between K and 6 he has 2 outs, but may think I'm bluffing. I'm known as being a little tricky, but I've been VERY quiet tonight with no cards, lots of folding. I'd like to get all-in with that King, but I really want him to do it. I look at the flop, look at the pot, think quietly for a while, and chicken out. Instead of going all-in I bet the pot, around $10. He calls.

Tragedy. I wanted him to raise. Diamond falls on the river, an 8 or a 9, I think for a while again, then check/fold to his $20 bet.
