Villain is slap- 26% vpip, 15% pfr, af of 1.9 over a large sample. Has raised pf with T9o, as well as the standard AA, AK, etc.

Should I have folded to the turn bet?

I think this is close to a "neutral EV", but I'd lean towards folding.

You don't have quite the odds to draw to you OESD, but there are implied odds of an extra BB or two if you hit on the river.

However, two of your outs are diamonds (there is the very slight chance one of your two opponents may complete a flush), and you still don't know what MP2 will do behind you (it would definitely be -EV if you get raised).
