Can TTH effectively be used to learn shorthanded / heads-up play? I have the program, but have only used it for full ring games / simulations.

I know it can be set for shorthanded play, but I'm wondering if you would recommend it for that...If so, what lineup shoud you use, etc?

Would love to learn shorthanded strategies without risking too much bankroll or dealing with the micro and small limits.

Thanks!

Although others may disagree, I'd say it can't.

The ability to switch gears (bluffing a lot or bluffing very little over a series of hands) is very import short-handed. This goes for reading the tendencies of your opponents as well. The turbo software really isn't built for switching gears.

That is sort of what I expected to hear...I'd imagine that no computer program could come close to simulating the changing gears, but it might be worth using for a while just to get an idea of what hands to start with and the texture of the game.
