I think you played it perfect. with stats like that, i cant imagine him having AK or QQ (would likely have reraised preflop). River check call looks good. Let him bet his TT or busted flush draw (that he would have folded if you bet out). If he happened to have K/images/graemlins/heart.gifx/images/graemlins/heart.gif oh well. Reload and move on.
