UTG+1's slightly-loose passive after around 40 hands, while CO is fishy. I bet this river planning to fold to a raise, sound about right?

Looks fine. Sometimes normally passive players will take a shot at when the top card pairs up. Be on the lookout for people who make this play.

Bet the river everytime for value. I wouldn't fold to raise however, a weak Q (q2-q10) usually would have raised on the flop to protect their TP, and a stronger Q (Qk-Qa) would have raised preflop, so I would call down every time expecting to see a weaker K hand betting for value expecting the kicker to be counterfeited by the J. Or a complete bluff
