After playing this hand I decided that I wasnt too sure about my flop bet. What do you guys consider the best line here? I definantly did not want to give a free card to a flush draw, but does the overbet ensure that I am only going to get called by hands beating me?
What should my plan be if the CO just calls my flop bet?

If the turn is a blank either lead out with a blocking bet again or just push.

The stacks are too small to do much else imo.
