Bet the flop. Since you checked, raise the turn or river.

Yea I agree. Your hand is very likely best on the flop, and then on the turn it's even more likely.

Bet flop. Raise turn. Bet river.

Raising the turn doesn't exactly make sense here.

First heads up, you need to bet this flop. Your ace is very likely still the best hand as it was preflop, infact it will be best as much as 65% of the time when you don't flop a pair.

So lets forget that for a moment and fastforward to the turn. We showed weakness and the BB bet. Well you are either way behind to 22, 88, AQ, something with a 6, AK or your so far ahead it isn't funny. You can count hands if you want to but in general your opponent is bluffing or betting a weak holding and all your turn raise would do is make him fold. Use your position and take his turn and river bets, you can then decide if he will call your river raise often enough to be profitable. This is almost always yes at the lower limits.
