I have a feeling I could make changes on almost every street here:

UTG is new to the table - no read
UTG+1 is bad. He is the reason I am here. Loose and passive.
Button plays way too many hands, but not bad after the flop.

I think you can release this flop and still sleep fine at night..

Fold the flop. You missed your set, no big deal, just get out of there, especially since you say the villian plays "not bad after the flop"
