Back in mid-December 2004, I started threads in multiple forums in which I asked what the "thread of the year" was in that particular forum. As I surfed around 2+2, I notice that almost all of them are showing up today, mid-January 2005. And the weird thing is that the latest response for most of these threads occured in mid-December '04. What's happening? Are my "thread of the year" posts the only ones that are experiencing this or are there others? /images/graemlins/confused.gif

What's happening?

Forget that! When are you going to announce the winners?

Hey, Mack! When someone edits his post, will the thread automatically move back up? I know I should asking Mat Sklansky this.

Phantom bumpers. They reply then delete the posts.

It might. Isn't there a time limit, like 30 minutes, for editing after the original post has been made?

I responded to the post last night, that's what moved it up. It's the latest response's time that determines the position of the thread on the board. (I have them sorted by descending date in my preferences).
