I just realized I don't really have a plan for this hand in this situation:

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 8/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, Hero ????

Blinds: SB: 29/10, BB: 10/5.

CO: 15/9, Button 29/11

I folded. Calling seemed wrong (no chance at winning the blinds, could get raised from behind and end up heads up out of position with a hand that wants to be multiway), and I didn't like raising into that 29/10 and 29/11 with such meager holdings.

So my questions: 1) Do you agree with my reasoning? 2) Assume no reads (besides typical 2/4 online game), is this a standard place to attempt to steal?

Oh also, what do you do here, reads and all?

I think the case for raising becomes stronger when you're in the CO or on the Button.

From MP3, I'd probably just fold.

You could make a case for raising, especially since the BB is so tight. However one thing is for sure: calling is wrong.

muck or raise, with muck being the better option unless you are confident you can steal from that position.
