Do you guys bet this river for value? The missed straight and flush draws probably fold here. Not sure if someone with a 6 or 7 will call me, as I don't have any reads on these players.

bet the river. if nothing else, someone with a queen will come along, but i think anyone with a 6, 7 or q calls.

Bet and call if you are rasied. More often than not you will have the best hand and will pick up another bet or two on the riv.
