I actually flopped a royal once holding the A/images/graemlins/heart.gif T/images/graemlins/heart.gif, but I butchered it so badly after that there's no way I would post it even if I could.

I thought about checking the turn. A free card couldn't possibly have hurt me. But then I told myself, "Just bet it! If they have an ace, they're not folding. If they have a 9, they're not folding. If they have a king, I they're not folding. If they have a queen, they're probably not folding. If they have a heart, they're not folding. They're NOT folding!"

I don't have the hand history for mine anymore, but it was a fun one.

Folded to me in the SB, I raise with K/images/graemlins/diamond.gifJ/images/graemlins/diamond.gif. BB calls. Two to the flop for 4.5SB.

Board comes A/images/graemlins/diamond.gifQ/images/graemlins/diamond.gif8/images/graemlins/diamond.gif. I bet, he raises, I 3-bet, he caps, I call. This is gonna be a fun hand -- I figure he's got two pair, possibly a lower flush, because up until now he's been passive with top pair hands. 12.5SB to the turn.

Turn comes the 8/images/graemlins/club.gif. I bet, he raises, and I call. Knowing the guy I'm up against, he has a boat or possibly quads. No doubt in my mind about this. 10.25BB to the river.

River is the beautiful T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif. River is capped.

He flips A8o for the boat, and I drag an 18BB pot.

It's easy for Jaran to play his royal/straight flushes well.

He gets one about once every 200 hands or so. (On average.)
