Players started w/1000 in chips, 25/25 blinds, up every 45 mins.

Blinds are 25/50.

Hero has 1400 in chips.
CO has 300 in chips.
UTG+1 has 1600 in chips.

Hero is dealt 10-10 in SB.

Pre-flop: UTG+2 limps, MP raises to 100, Hero raises to 300 from button (to put MP all in), blinds fold, UTG+1 calls, CO calls all-in.

975 in pot at flop, 2 active players, 1 all-in.

Flop: 8-2-3 rainbow
UTG+2 bets 725, Hero ????

Comments are appreciated, pre-flop and on the flop.

Sorry, didn't supply a read.

From the few hands I saw him play, he won a few pots w/o showdown with mild aggression.

When UTG+2 bet 725 on the flop, was he going all-in? How much did UTG+2 start the hand with?

What the heck could he have?

88?
33?
22?
Larger pocket pair?

I think I reraise all in. This is a good flop for TT. I know the buy in is alot so many this is to aggro. It just seems like he wants to go heads up with the all in guy.

I guess you could be up against higher pocket pair---and if so you are about 8-10% to win.

Hmmmm, he limps in, and then calls a raise and a reraise.

He might be trying a variation of the stop n go, he might have an overpair (in which case the only one you have beat is 99), or he might have hit a set.

I don't think he'd have 22 or 33 as he'd likely have folded pre flop to a raise and a reraise.

I'd say he's either bluffing or has 88-AA (although I'd have been inclined to reraise with KK or AA pre flop after slow playing them).

With no read, I'd be inclined to muck it since the only hand I have beaten is 99 although there are great arguments to say that he's bluffing, and you are leading after the flop.

limp-call a double raise would be a strange line for a big pair. i also would be surprised if villain would bet here with a big hand - he should know that you'll only play with a big pair. if i were him with 88, i would check and hope you take a shot w/ your missed AK.

i would guess taht villain has something but not much. 78s, 77, 55, something like that. but i'm not sure - these dry sidepot situations are bizarre.

i would cold-call pre-flop. if i raised, i'd make it 400 to go to try to push out UTG+1/2 and plan on folding to a limp-reraise.

I pushin. I don't see him betting a set here..I have no fear of an overpair from the preflop action...if he has one, he played it terribly, although AA is possible here.
He could even have 45 here and think he is semi-bluffing, which would be terrible. Really I can't think of a single hand he could have where I like his play.

Did the first raiser fold pf?

Also, did i read this right..the $500 WSOP series event they only gave you 40x the BB? That is awful (although Bellagio does it for their Festa el Lago also). I plan on playing the WSOP in San Diego and will be pissed if that is the case here.

Thanks
