any 2+2ers play at pokerroom.com? I play there at the 10+1s, just wondering if I might run into anyone there.

I started playing there to clear their 2005 15% reload bonus. I have until 3/7/05 to clear my $150 bonus, so for the next 60 days I need to average around three $10+1 SnG's or tourneys.

I've played 22 $10+1 SnG's so far with a 52.9% ROI & 45.5% ITM. I'm sure I'll run into you over the next 2 months, good luck to us!

sorry to dig this one out of the archives, but i also play at pokerroom as Baked247 exclusively at the 10+1's for now. I still haven't sat at a table with illa to my knowledge...

I've been playing for awhile at PokerRoom. Also in the $11's but thinking about trying some $22's as my bankroll has been increasing. My ID is volley_guy20. I don't play a ton, maybe 3-4 sng's a week plus some low limit O8, but been fairly successful. I like their GUI better than most sites too. GL and see ya at the tables. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I play there..(same username)but I still play the $5 ones....easier on my bankroll ($300) and they are so easy to beat..

Although it does suck when you have KK early position and make a 5X BB raise and get 3 callers...Of course an Ace flops and yer done because someone called with A-3 off....

How much different are the $10's?

Getting 3 people to call 5xbbs with A-rag is a good thing.

with 300 bucks, i'd take a stab at the tens for sure. Try them on a friday or saturday night during the peak hours and they are very soft. Extrememly beatable. I only keep around 300 in my account and the 10+1's are what i play.

i've recently moved to 3-6 mostly and mix in the occassional multi. I was playing the 20's and doing pretty well before i switched. i'm sure i'll resume the sng's before long. i use the same name there, say hey if you end up at my table.

I used to play exclusively at Pokerroom when I started playing online about a year ago.
I did really well in the multi table games and ok in the sng's. I played the $5, $10, $20 and $30 games mostly.

I stopped playing there a couple months ago because I started having connection problems every time I played there.

The @#$% really hit the fan when I was playing in a $22 multi table tourney and caught QQ in the hole. I made a big bet and got 3 callers. The flop came up rags and a LAG made a huge bet ahead of me. I was trying to push all in when I lost my connection. I got folded by their computer while I was disconnected. I got reconnected just in time to see the winning hand - J9 winning the pot with one pair of jacks. I ended up finishing in 85th place and 60th was in the money.

Support said it wasn't their fault, but I haven't had any connection problems at UltimateBet, Pokerstars, Full Tilt, or even Pacific before or since.

I don't play at Pokerroom anymore.

I sat at your table yesterday, Baked. We put some fish that kept complaining about bad beats on tilt. He busted a couple hands after the verbal thrashing.

I moved up a few weeks ago, so far I have had more success at the 10's (note the small-ish sample size, though). The difference in skill level compared to the 5's is negligible.
