I wasn't getting any action with my 3xBB raises so I tried limping with these cowboys. Very lucky flop to have disguised KK.

I wasn't sure how to bet the river though. Should I have put BB all-in?

Yeah I think after he calls that turn and with so much in the pot you can move him in with a strong chance of getting a call.
