Villian hasn't played back at me once in this entire hand, but with no reads I don't know if she's the type to call down with A high or small pockets, if she's on a draw, if she has the T, or if she's slowplaying trips (or has them but is worried about AQ). The double pairing on the river screws me, as I now lose to pretty much anything except a smaller PP. Check behind & lose the small pot, or fire one more shot and hope for a fold?

I think a bluff wins it often enough to be profitable.

J9 folds, 88/99 folds, KJ may fold, 98d folds, Axd may fold.
Some better fives will also fold.

There are a million and one missed draws out there that you can't beat if you check. Definitely bet.

Good luck.

Sigh....that's what I thought, after the hand. I did the wuss thing and checked behind, villian showed KJo and MHING. It's really aggravating, because I feel like I had my best session ever here, with the lone exception being this hand. /images/graemlins/mad.gif

I guess you can't learn until you make the mistakes, though.
