Passive player raising the turn is bad news. Capped turn is probably means you should fold, cause he has a set. Is he seriously going to cap the turn with KQ/QJ, cause he's not loose enough to have cold-called with a crappy queen (ok, maybe Q9d, just maybe). Just call the first turn raise and check-call the river.

I'm not so keen on the turn 3-bet without a read he is pretty aggro postflop, cause of the whole win one but lose 2 when behind, and the fact that many bare Queens won't raise this turn v a pfr, and if they do they will bet the river as well, and the absence of a clearly likely semi-bluffable hand (wouldn't the flush draw do the flop riase thing unless its Qcxc).

Once he raises the turn, it smells like 2 pair or a flopped set. Gotta call it down though. I don't think I'd 3 bet this though just b/c I woudl be afraid of getting capped b/c the pot is too big to fold.

My turn 3 bet was the question I had. At the time I was thinking what others have stated here, I just didn't head my own thoughts.

It worked for me this time though as opponent had AQ /images/graemlins/diamond.gif and MHIG

Thanx

i think its fine considering your opponent's tendencies. definately don't fold anywhere.

you don't like him capping the turn, but there isn't much you can do but call it then check call the river.
