$25NL on FTP. yea, i know FTP sucks, but I only need $20 in bonus and then I'm outta there...

Villian bets $3

Hero checks
Villian bets $6
Hero calls $6
Villian shows a full house, Jacks full of Queens
Hero mucks
Villian wins the pot ($38.25) with a full house, Jacks full of Queens

Should I have let this one go on the reraise after the flop?

You played it reasonably if you don't know much about the opponent. He could be raising with a Q.

I think you were playing it fine until you started letting him dictate the action and just called his bets. Calling his bets shows weakness on your part. You should have asserted yourself on a strong bet, then if he re-raised you could have tossed your hand.

Villain was betting so little that it makes sense just to call him down. If you make any kind of respectable raise, it will cost you just as much, plus you may not even get to see a showdown.

If you have reason to believe that Villain is going to start pot-betting at you then your case makes more sense.
