If a BJ dealer shows you the hole card everytime and you cut him in on your profits, is any actual law being broken?.

I'm not sure if this would hold up in court, but that's basically a blackjack dealer stealing from his employer and giving you the money, and I imagine they would prosecute it as such.

(This is probably a violation of whatever law states that he can't hand you black chips out of his tray.)

Cool! Anarchy, impossible to Cheat!

The dealer will compliment you on how clever you are while you both are being fitted with concrete shoes.

Caption has control over the ship. I am not sure about the casino, but either the caption decides what to do or where ever the ship is registered in decides. (Most cruise ships are not registered in the US so i am not sure what would happen)

When you are in international waters the captain of the ship is the law. Its not an anarchy situation, its a dictatorship situation.

At the very least they would take your money, and at the worst they would say you got drunk and fell off the boat /images/graemlins/smile.gif

The captain of a boat could not care less about what happens in the boat's casino, he just cares about his salary and getting his days off, but thanks for clarifying the law that applies.

your probably right, but when captions sign on to major cruise lines they are probably forced to deligate respondibility of the cruise ship to someone on the ship other than themselfs. That person probably takes care of it.
