I feel like I'm missing something, but why not bet the turn?

When SB calls 2 cold, I figure him for a draw, and I think they all hit on the turn.

I basically asked myself what I would do if I got checkraised, and I don't like vomit in my mouth, so I checked. Bad?

Fine, so I bet and SB raises, I have to call. Now SB bets and MP1 calls, what do you do? What do I accomplish by betting out here?

Yes, he burned my by giving me absolutely no advice on how to play the hand differently, despite his obvious opinion of my playing it poorly.

I don't know how bad it is, but I go ahead and bet the turn. Couple the fact with you might have the best hand with the fact that you do have redraws if you're behind, and I think it's a bet.

Am I the only one here who doesn't get the flop raise? 4SB pot, twoflushed with none of your suit and you've got middle pair. Second pair for you completes a number of draws.

Someone explain it to me like I'm 2. Why raise here?

You have to bet the turn. Why do you immediately put an unknown who cold-calls a flop on a draw? Why do you immediately think the 9/images/graemlins/heart.gif completed his draw? He might have 89 and paired up, and you're giving him a draw to a Q or 7. You bet because he could be an idiot who called the flop with a Jack.

If you get checkraised and you don't improve you still call because SB might be an idiot or drunk or getting head and there's 13-1 BB in the pot when it gets to you and you have two pair.
