Party/Empire, $215 NL SNG. BB is a loose, odd playing dude who does a lot of random/nonsensical stuff, so his mini-raise doesn't seem to indicate anything in particular. Good call/bad call? (and yes, I was hoping to C/R all-in over a smaller bet)

I give him a set, overpair, flush draw, pair+draw (A6s?) or 2 pair in that order, but that's if he's tight. What's his VP$IP so far?

The draw is actually the hand I least want to see, and it has to be up there somewhere, so I'm reluctantly folding.
