I'd raise more pf, possibly going all in depending on table and hero's image. You have 11.5 BB, so you shouldn't be desperate, but you can't give the BB a cheap flop. I doubt you're behind on the flop, but I can't fault you for folding. Since BB essentially called a min-raise, he could conceivably have paired on the flop.

Raise more preflop. Also, raise the same amount with AK as you would on a steal. (I mean raise to 250-300 on either.
