Vegas?

Just kidding. Second the recommendation for Blogger. It's so easy to use, there are probably chimpanzees maintaining banana-related blogs.

I third the motion of using Blogger. A good friend who maintains a poker blog uses this service.

LiveJournal (http://www.livejournal.com/) is good too.

Please post a link to your blog when you get it up and running, I would enjoy reading about your expereince. I'd also recommend blogger or live journal.

Blogger is lousy, IMO.

webhosting and a domain name are cheap- just pop for that (like 5 bucks a month for hosting and 15 a year for the domain).

Blogger rules. I use it for my poker news weblog, PokerFilter.org (http://www.pokerfilter.org). </shameless plug>

Blogger is definitely the easiest to use. It can be crappy at times though. Sometimes it just gets so bogged down, your posts will not publish. Tip: If you go with blogger, make all your posts in Wordpad or Notepad and then copy and paste it to the blogger screen. This way you have a backup if blogger pukes while publishing.
