Failly dangerous landslide potenial..

I live in the mountains of Virginia .There is a 6 inch crack in dirt on a 30 deg. slope above my unknown neighbors house.
This crack extends for about 60 feet.


I warned the state about this a few years ago but got no response since it is the result of VDOT construction.

I would call your Delegate or State Senator immediately. That is just about the only way to get things done with VDOT (I should know as I work for a Delegate in Northern VA). In our district last year we had a landslide because VDOT was widening a road and didn't structurally enhance the slope... would've lost 15-20 homes if the community didn't quickly step up to build a retaining wall. Be a good neighbor!
