Should I slow down?

Good question. I'd like to hear others' take on this.

When I get involved in a hand against a LAG, and I have something like top pair, I tend to call down too much.

I probably don't 3-bet the turn here even against the laggiest of LAGs when I probably should. I always think they're going to turn over some crappy two-pair.

Nice hand.

All those cold-calls preflop and on the flop, followed by a cascade of turn folds must have sure looked nice. /images/graemlins/wink.gif

It's more of an issue for you, because the quality of responses will be poorer if people know what actually happened. Our hindsight is probably just as good or bad as yours when we have all the information, too. The outcome is not particularly important in answering the question, "Did I play this right?" and unfortunately we are too feeble to force our minds to think that way.
