Solution for Goofing off at Work Reading 2+2

I know this is ironic, but I read 2+2 way too much at work. This leads me to not get my work done (but it's so [censored] boring) and I have to stay late.

How do you avoid this?

i don't.

my career is positively stale and i've come to the realization that if i devoted half my enthusiasm for poker and reading about poker to my profession, i'd probably be making twice as much $$.

instead, i learn and consume 2+2, eager to increase my BB/100 by +1, which at my current level, 2-tabling, puts me at +$4/hr (roughly) in my free time which i should be spending working off my bear-blubber.

now if you'll excuse me, i'm going to drink myself to death.
