Let's Say I walk into the Borgata as an under-21 MAN(can pass for 21). I wait for a spot at the 2/4 or 3/6 game, what have you and play for 30 minutes and am up $75.I never order an alcholic drink. Then one of the floormen cards me.Do I......
1)Show him a fake that has gotten me beer in PA even though it's for a different state?
2)Admit that I'm not 21

With either situation I'm screwed, but something I've never fully found out is what actually happens in both cases. If I just admit that I'm under 21 do they just throw me out and that's that(but then what about my money and profit).
Am I more #%$%@ with showing the fake cuz thats a fed crime?

Your thoughts, mi amigos.

Don't show a fake ID and don't admit you're not 21.

Just pretend to ruffle through your pockets and look through your stuff, say you must have left it in your room/car.

He'll ask you to leave, rack up and leave.

Out of curiosity (I'm well past 21), will they stop you if you leave the casino w/chips? Theoretically, you could hold onto the chips until you turned 21 (or until you could find someone to cash them for you).

In every case I've heard of this happening, they let the person cash out.

This brings up an interesting point - can they confiscate the chips? Maybe if they can *prove* you're under 21. They probably won't, though, as they don't want to make a big deal out of it any more than you do, as long as you leave quietly.

I wouldn't walk out carrying a rack or two, but I don't see why you couldn't color up and pocket them. I've left with a few in the past after not emptying all my pockets at the cage.

I think if you are going to get carded it will be at the door. "When" I was in my mid 20's I got carded at the door all the time, I have never been carded at the table nor have I even seen anyone carded at a table. My experience may be unique

I have not seen anyone caught with fake ID at a casino, but 15 years ago I was busted in a bar with fake ID in New York.

It cost me about $4500 between lawyers and fines - be carefull man. "Criminal Impersonation"....lol.

The story:
I was at a bar with my entire family after a wedding reception. When we first got there the place was totally empty - we filled the place, being Irishmen and all. The bartender proofed me and proceeded to serve me for about 4 hours. When it was about 1:00 AM he asked to see my ID again. Like an drunk idiot I gave it to him. He instantly told me he was calling the cops because I had fake ID. I tried to bolt, but the bouncer grabbed me and basically restrained my asss until the cops came. My uncles almost kicked that f*cking bartenders asss.

Ironically, the bar burned to the ground a few weeks later (I had nothing to do with that). /images/graemlins/grin.gif

They can take your chips and escort you out the door. Since you're underage, they're well within their rights to not allow you to cash out.

Why not just leave your ID in the car? While they can tell you to get out, at least they can't prove you're underage.

I say a kid get tossed from my table at the Tropicana in A/C. He mumbled something about getting his ID from his car and he left. I don't remember if he took his chips or left them cause there was confusion if he was coming back to his seat or his seat was available.

Just tell them you don't have ID with you. They'll ask you to leave. Take your chips. I always walk out with chips. What do they care if you keep the chips, they'd rather have the cash anyway.

word, thanks for the responses.
but why not just cash out. i mean, if they are gonna let me walk out, why not just do it. its not like the cageman is gonna card me as i am leaving. of course, i can always have someone else do it for me.

i've been allowed to continue sitting at the borg after claiming to not have id, though it was a while ago. i would suggest leaving your id in the car. if they ask you to leave because you get carded, just cash out and go to the trop or something. apparently showing a fake in a casino is a big deal.

definately. if you look older than 14 or so, you have about a 0% chance of being carded.
