2004 was the year of The Arcade Fire for CD's and Sideways for Movies. I have never seen two productions that have been so universially loved before. Every critic worth his salt has included them on their top 5.

It's a damn good CD.

theyre okay. there's some other newish stuff out that's good too. anyone else get on soulseek (it's like napster, but free and easy, it's great). im bbptc on there i think.

It's the best CD I've heard in a long time. Amazing stuff. My brother told me to buy their CD back in September, and it hasn't been out of my car since.

saw it make the top CD list on MSNBC.com for the yr. and had a friend go out of his way to recommend it to me knowing I was a music junkie -

haven't picked it up yet tho.
