Top Pair

I am struggling mightily right now with top pair and bottom two pair on Party Poker 6 max $25 NL Tables... What is a good size bet to make on the flop when flopping top pair with a good kicker or two small pair? My concern is that Id like to bet hard so that draws have to pay to beat me yet I dont want to be over committed in case Im beat already.

Basically- Should I be over betting the pot, under betting ect?

How did the p/f raising go? What is your position? What are the stack sizes? Is the board draw heavy? How many people are in the hand?

Latest example is this, Im in SB with AK off, I have $60 the BB has $11 and UTG has $15.

I raise Preflop $4, The BB and UTG both Call... Flop comes KTJ with two spades...

What would the proper move be?
