this was a hand at the live 3/6 local bm. the hand is from the perspective of the button, although i am not him, i am in fact utg and therefore prolly the villain. no real reads, this was like my 6th hand at the table, although i would classify myself as tight/aggressive abc type player i guess.

hero has 54s

Preflop
utg(me) calls utg1 calls fold fold mp2 calls mp3 calls co calls button(hero) calls sb calls bb checks

flop - 6d 4d 4c
sb bets bb folds utg calls all folds to the button who calls

turn 5c
sb checks utg checks button bets sb calls utg raises button 3bets sb calls utg caps all call to the river of

river 2d
sb checks, utg bets.... whats your play?

comments on all streets welcomed, and thank you in advance /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I am raising here every time, I think. The fact is, hero has a dynamite hand, and I am not just looking to pick up one more bet from a possible SB overcall. Hero is only loosing to 66, 55, 64, and 3d4d, and I'm not willing to give credit to any of those yet (I think a straight or A4 are much more likely at this point). If my opponent three bets, I think you could make an argument that you should call down instead of going to four bets IF your casino will allow unlimited raising (given SB never puts any money in). I think if you get five bet you are then pretty likely to be beat. If this were Party and only allowed four bets, I'd be getting all four bets in on the river and be willing to the punishment if he has one of the hands that beats me.
