I definatly don't mind the raise pre-flop, although I may have raised just a little smaller 300-325 - usually people, even in the ten dollar tourneys, respect a raise UTG. I disagree with going all in on the flop. I probably would have checked it - get a better idea of where i'm at by seeing what the other guy does. This is also player dependent. If the guy is passive, i would have no problem checking it to him because he probably won't bet unless he has me beat. A big problem with this hand is you got called by a big stack who has the chips to knock you out. He also called the raise with 4 people to act behind him. Against a short stack, a bet may be correct because you may make them lay down their hand or you may get called and still have enough chips to make up for the hand. If you do check and get bet into, probably fold - unless you have a very good read on the guy - You've still got about 1300 chips - Be very aggressive with these and you've still got a good shot. You don't have to go down in flames every time you raise late in the SNG trying to take the blinds. Even if the guy called on the flop with two overcards and the flush draw, he has a slightly better chance of winning the hand then you do. - Just my opinion.

I would raise less preflop...more like 250-300. Sometimes when I flop a big hand or flop garbage, I like to bet slightly more than I raised preflop. This is generally for those cases in which a pot-sized flop-bet leaves you committing over 40% of your stack. Also it's good to notice the stack-size of the BB and to sometimes raise accordingly. If the BB is shortstacked, its generally ok to raise to just 2.5 the BB instead of 3x the BB.
Like if I raised to 250 preflop and got one caller, I may bet 300 on the flop. People often fold, and you arent risking all your chips. Since you will also do this with big hands, the bet sizing doesn't give away your hand (not that this factor is relevant in $10 buyins).
By making such a big preflop raise (to 375), you aren't really influencing anyone's preflop decision, as they will PROBABLY call for 275 or for 375 (especially since the BB is shortstacked, thus 275 or 375 are basically the same as allin to him), but postflop things become very awkward if you do get a caller, as the pot is larger and thus you are expected to bet more and may end up risking a large % of your stack postflop with not that strong a hand.
