I don't like the turn raise. Villian flipped up an over-pair? That's what it feels like on the flop, and definitely looks like it on the turn.

Villain should have an overpair here to 3-bet the flop unless you know he does that with unimproved overcards too; I think you should just check-call the turn to set up a river checkraise if you hit a frush or two pair/trips and to call otherwise. This turn getting 3-bet is not a good thing for you.
