I cap preflop. I raise him on the flop, if he bets into me again on the turn I call down, I like just calling on the river.

edit: If he re-raises me on the flop, I probably dump it on the turn UI, depends on reads though.

Once it's heads up, preflop, considering capping if the BB is at all suspect.

On the flop, raise it, take control play if fast.
