Please recommend something I can grab, shake, rip to shreds, punch, yell into, or generally abuse to help me relieve my stress after suffering bad beats.

Right now I find myself slamming my fist onto the top of my desk and it's starting to hurt. /images/graemlins/frown.gif

I'd also prefer not to break anything valuable. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

My dog, Nick. I enjoy kicking the [censored] out of him whenever I get 2-outted.

Sorry, no good. Jack Daniels does not tear, break, collapse, or, in the case of the dog the other poster mentioned, squeal. I need something that does at least one of those things.

Order twelve pizzas to your neighbor's place each time you get a bad suckout. Sit back, watch, and enjoy.

yes, but I don't like where this is going...

It normally doesn't bother me, but clay pigeon shooting is great for taking out frustration.

I don't have any neighbors I dislike that much, and even if I did this just isn't spontaneous enough. By the time the pizzas arrive my fist is already too sore from repeated table beatings...

I saw this product advertised called the OveGlove so you can stick your hand in the oven and not get burned. It might help. I think it is at oveglove.com.
