15/30 Is this weak or smart?

I open raise with AcQc in mp. Only the SB calls. Flop comes K54 rainbow, no clubs. He leads out, I fold.

Only other hand I've been involved in with him, he completed the SB, I raised from the BB, and he mucked (on a different 15/30 table). Other than that his play seems relatively solid.

If you don't want to battle it's fine. HU I probably would have taken a card on the cheap street and see what develops. Remember he sees its going to be HU or 3 handed so he could have called 1.5 bets with any K or even a weak A. If that was me in the SB I would lead out on you to test you. If you raised me I would fold with Ax and consider a call with a Kx.
