Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif. CO posts a blind of $0.5.
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, Hero raises, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO (poster) calls, Button 3-bets, SB calls, BB folds, Hero caps, CO calls, Button calls, SB calls.

Flop: (17 SB) 8/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, CO calls, Button calls, SB folds.

Turn: (10 BB) 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif (3 players)
Hero bets, CO calls, Button calls.

River: (13 BB) T/images/graemlins/club.gif (3 players)
Hero checks, CO checks, Button bets, Hero calls, CO calls.

Final Pot: 16 BB

Now the question becomes... do I bet out on the river or in this case where I check, should I ever consider raising? The river bettor was the original preflop raiser.

Value bet the river - plenty of worse hands will call.

The rest is good.

Why did you check the river?

You must bet the river and call a raise. If CO was sanbagging with AA, he missed a lot of bets from you and allowed CO to draw (relatively) cheaply. If he backed into a boat with TT, so be it - that's showbiz. There's no way he has a 5.

More likely, he's betting a lesser pocket pair (QQ, JJ, 99) on the end because you checked and thinks you missed on your overcards. It's unlikely he's completely bluffing, due to the presence of CO (protected pot and all that).

Who the hell knows what CO is doing...
