I keep hearing tea is supposed to be good for you. It has anti oxidants which do something good, though I'm not sure what. It improves digestion somehow. It has vitamin A which makes your eye site better. I think it also does some other good stuff though I'm not sure what. Are there any real studies done on this though that prove tea has real benefits for you? Or does it just kind of make sense that tea does vaguely good things for you and no one knows for sure?

I know you're joking, but man, you make some really stupid posts sometimes.

[/ QUOTE ]I think this may be it. I am sure there are some studies out there, but really, everything has a study now.
