Advice for new guy...
- Use Hand Converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

- Don't post the results on the hands. Hindsight is 20/20.

Hand #1... I probably would've min-raised pre-flop. The blinds are pretty shortstacked and may fold to any raise. I'm don't mind the preflop call though. Your stack is pretty small to be commiting a lot of chips here.

Flop call is horrible. There's 300 in the pot. You have ~600 left. 1 person called, 3 more to act. Straight and flush draws aplenty on the flop. Moving allin is certainly correct. Alternatively, you could raise to 300 then push the rest on the turn.

Hand #2...Very well done.

Hand #3...I like to raise to 100 or 125 pre-flop with AA or KK. 75 is just inviting several people to play. You want to see the flop against 1 opponent, not 5.
