In the .25/.50 PokerStars games I play in, I've noticed that a lot of players tend to raise way more often than they should when they're in the BB and everyone limps to them.
Are there any strategy considerations to consider when facing such a player? Does this open up the possibility of the limp-reraise? How about playing small pairs from EP when such a player is in the blind?
