Is this a good show? There are a few episodes running on the on demand channel and I'm trying to decide if I should watch.

Yes. The first season (which is all there's been) was excellent, IMO. You'll know after 2 episodes if you like it or not.

Yeah I missed the 1st and last episode but we were glued to the TV every sunday night to watch it.

I thought it was good so far. Kinda starting to drag though. They're falling into the X-Files trap though, where you sort of know there's something big going on, but then instead of doing a good job of building suspense and bringing you along slowly, they just stop giving you new information so it really just drags. I hope they pick it up some next season or I'm gone.

Yes, I love it. It doesn't pick up steam till like the third episode, but by then you will be hooked.
