Shaun Alexander for the Seahwawks suffered the worst beat of the day, as he needed only one yard to beat Curtis Martin for the NFL rushing title (1696 to 1697 yards). The worst part about it was the Seahawks had a chance to get the ball back with 3 seconds remaining on an interception, but the ball was dropped. What a bad beat.

When it's YOUR fault for losing something, then it's not a bad beat. It was Shaun Alexanders fault he didn't get another 2 yards.
