Dumb Party/Empire question...cross post

Its dumb, but I don't know what to do. I can type in the chat box, but when I hit enter I hear a "doink" sound and the words just stay in the chat box. Does that make sense? How do I fix it?

That happens to me sometimes too... it goes away for me though. As of now, it hasn't happened in a few days.

They might have banned your chat...I have never had that happen to me.

Nope. Just the occasional nh and ty, or defense of a fish. You know me, I don't chat much at all.

i'll add my own dumb empire question. when i try to invite chat 2+2ers, the table list does not populate. i have few official "buddies" on my empire buddy list. will it only populate for buddies who also add you to their list?

Maybe because they use the "hide me from search" option?
