Ive been wondering about the BB per hour ratio in small stakes. 1-2.5 BB per hour swings should be common but the small stakes are typically more loose and makes me think you could have days where you may average 5-6 BB/hour. Im not sure if this is right but I would like to know of actual results if anyone has any.

it's long-term that counts. Day to day is irrelevant.

I guess what I was trying to ask was: At the lower stakes games can you expect to pull in more BB per hour than at the mid-high limit games. Most people will agree that 1-2.5 BB/hour is good but at the lower limits people throw money around like its nothing so what could you expect to make sitting at a table like that?

1 bb/h is a very good win rate live at any decent limit. at very low limits, up to 2 may be possible, but the prohibitave nature of the rake at those levels makes me doubt it.

There are players here who have been making 3 bb/hr (maybe more) at 0.5/1.
Fluctuations are of course bigger the looser / more aggressive the game is.

i was talking about live games, where (at low limits), the rake is much higher than online, and 25 hands/hr is considered a lot.
