I think that there customer service is appalling. If you ask them to do anything outside their normal procedures, they will refuse and not provide any explanation.

I have used PayPal for Ebay extensively and have always been happy with the service.

paypal is great. when you make a cashout with paypal it is credited right to your account no waiting. when you use firepay, pp wil prompt you to wait 48 hours before processing your request.

I'm an international user and originally thought Paypal was useless due to the fees they charge, and the poor exchange rates they offer. However, i have discovered it can save internatioanl users a lot in exchange fees, by taking money from my Paradise account and putting it into other accounts such as ultimatebet easily.

PayPal is great, when you cashout winnings, they do not charge you a fee to receive the money back from the poker site. I called about this because I thought there was an error, but they said that when you are credited winnings from a gambling site, there is no fee. That means, it cost me nothing to send and receive money to and from TRUEPOKER!!! Its also fast and convenient, what more can you ask for?

It is so much nicer not having to either be home for a check or drive out and pick it up.
