Villain is LA-P, but only 25 hands 82/7/1. I figured the raise on the turn indicated a flush draw. The third heart on the river I thought a scare card for him so I bet out. Is my line here acceptable?

Hmmm interesting line. I think I like it on the river (if you fold to a raise).

The villian you speak of is not raising the turn with a flush draw IMO. He might be with a worse ace or 2 junky pair or whatnot.

I don't think the turn raise is a semi-bluff with a flush draw, more than likely he has a weak ace, low two pair, made his wheel straight on the turn with 54. I call him down with his looseness, I think I bet the river just because I don't think he has the flush draw but I have to be able to fold to a re-raise. I think he called because he feared the flush and showed you the wheel or A2.
