Hi,
I play Sng's on party (non affiliate account). does anybody know if I must open a new account in order to get rakeback or can I be an affiliate with my "old" account?

You need a new account because the affiliate is only getting paid for referring a player that the poker room may not have got otherwise. There's no reason for a poker room to pay someone for a players business when the poker room already had that players business in the first place.
