Is this call too loose preflop? I generally don't give players who make min raises much respect.

On the flop, I tried to make a probe bet to find out where I was and try to steal the pot. If he calls the flop, I plan to give up on the turn (unless maybe I improve).

Preflop:

Nothing wrong with the call. You are getting pot odds of 3.5 to 1.

Flop:

t225 is too much for a probe bet in this situation because he raised UTG. If he would have limped into the pot then maybe, but I would have made it about t125.

In this case you missed the flop completly and he raised UTG, so you have to give him credit for something. I would have checked/folded.
