Messenger cheats,bobcards,K Rose etc

Everyone remember a post about 2 weeks ago where attention was drawn to some players who were operating on AOL or MSN messenger namely bobcards,K Rose,Last Chance etc. K rose replied on this site that he only plays 1 0n 1 and never plays ring games and especially not with bobcards.Well guess who and who were playing together on 20/40 early Sun morning.Come on folks,stop playing with these fraudsters,save up your cash and go play at B&M live games,they have ripped us off enough already


and to answer your obvious question which is what am I stll doing on PP ? The answer is that I have a friend in another city who I regularly play 1 0n 1 on the play money but he and I make it $1/$2 and we settle up weekly between us ie we divide the play money result by 3, We both enjoy it ,there's no rake and we don't give a damn what you think.Doesnt mean we dont watch what the old cheats are doing on 20/40 between hands

Sounds to me like you're cheating PP out of their rake. So much for your credibility.

If I make a bet with my friend that I can amass 1,000,000 dollars faster on CCC poker play tables than he can am I cheating anyone out of anything except perhaps illegally gambling in the state of NY?

They have beaten you for enough already is more like it. And how can they be ripping me off if I'm winning??? Is it so farfetched that maybe they are beating the games legitimately?

I always feel really sad when I see URMeowed messages because I lost a very special cat last year.

Aaaaah but you kitty are clever enough to not play them , you stick to 5/10 , 10/20 and 15/30 where these thieves are not playing,all credit to you ,you are solid and select your games carefully,its no wonder you are a winning player and that is the point I'm making.

I recall playing quite a few times last year at the same table with bobcards and he gave me the impression of being a good player. LastChance did not similarly impress me with his ring game play. Sample size not very large.

I said the same thing a week ago.More specifically LC,bobcards and krose make the majority of their money shorthanded and 1 and 1.Yet these players never play head up against each other.And I tell you its not because they want easier fish to play.They have all played against cardangel (and hes probably the best 1 on 1)These players only play in full tables with each other.Why?Make your own assumptions.These players are already among the tops on paradise.Guess they sometimes need an extra edge online.When they are at the same table -do what I do -I just quit the game and play at an different table.

Take kitty's advice.......they all suck till proven otherwise! But I'm a little high on the 'nip so my thinking could be distorted.

The reason I ask is that though I played a lot Sunday morning with both of them, according to my records not one single hand was at the same table as them. While it's certain possible they were on the odd 20-40 together, I'm such a little table hopper that it's pretty odd that I wouldn't have at least one hand played with the both of them out of several hundred.

Its funny how many neg- post their are on here about high limits on paradise I have played almost ever day for a year and half most of the time 2 games and enjoy the games there.I find they have more than enough players on site, right know tonight they have 3 20-40 and 3 15-30 with waiting lists for the 3 20-40

of 32,31,21 players for the 15-30 the list are 16,13,15 players but they will move fast and you can get a seat in one of the games reasonable fast because players put their names on all the games and pick the one they like but ever night the games are good for the very best players.I think many players who post here under estimate the skill level of the better players and what play level you need to be competive and the low number of winners in poker.I don't see cheating to be a problem if you play tight in the 10 handed games and spread your play out over the year and keep a eye on hand histories.

They don't play against each other because they are friends and dont see the point of taking each others money.

Have you found these histories useful in detecting collusion? If so, please elaborate.

Have I found collusion with hand histories by them self?no but if you suspect something I think they are important.I feel collusion and messenger cheating or what ever is not a problem for me in the 10 handed games and will have little effect on my results this is only my opinion after playing a lot of hands BUT I think I can scents trouble and play according so its not a problem and I have little fear of being cheated playing a tight patient low profile style in the 10 handed games.In the short handed games I cant tell if I'm being cheated because of all the raising and reraising going on and I suffered some big loses short handed so I only have been playing 10 handed lately I also know there are much better short handed players than me.When playing I have outlook express running so it rings me when a hand comes in that I want to see the play of again.

In what way?

Probably using PP's services and not paying for them.


Like playing in a Casino but not paying any rake. (assuming Casino's had free "play money" games, and you settled after the game).
