Small pot, loose passive betting into me (43%VPIP, 0%PFR, .33 Tot-A), and I can only beat a Q-high bluff. Foldy goody?

Bluff or not, you're drawing to 6 outs in a 4.75BB pot if the opponent has at least a 5, PP, or any ace. Is there value in calling this down if you KNOW he doesn't have 3?

This is totally fine.

The pot is small.
The stats suggest that it is not a bluff.
Even if it is a bluff, you may still be beat.

Choose your battles. Don't feel bad about throwing the fish a bone now and then.
